Hi folks. It's all in the title. I consider buying that one

just because I've never seen one like that before. 😄 But there has been a thread for another very similar looking lens and I can't find it. Some speculated it may have been Hoya made.(and Hoya is Tokina, right?)
Any more info / remark regarding that one very welcome. Thanks. _________________ 🙋 My wishlist: Titan or Idaho 135/1,8 Nikon Df Nikkor 105/1,8 35/1,4 85/1,4

I don't think it's either Hoya or Tokina. Looks more like a Sunagor lens to me. _________________ "I've got a Nikon camera, I like to take a photograph" - Paul Simon |

Yeah, looks very Sun-like. Not sure if that’s a good thing. _________________ For Sale:

I have 2 or 3 Berolina labelled Sun lenses that a remarkably good. Those however are in the matte chrome livery very popular with Topcon designers. _________________ photos are moments frozen in time |

I like the Sun made Soligor 105/2.8 as well, but I’ve had a lot of dogs as well. _________________ For Sale:

Looks like it could be Tokina or Sun, however lettering screams Sun. _________________ ☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮ like attracts like! ☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮☮

Thanks guys. So far no mention of someone having seen that lens before. So, uncommon apparently.
I googled Sun 35/3,5 with no results. Camerapedia doesn't list one either
( https://camerapedia.fandom.com/wiki/Sun)
I'm a bit surprised it takes 55mm filters for such a slow lens. I have some early Tokinas using 46mm.
Let's see if we get more comments. _________________ 🙋 My wishlist: Titan or Idaho 135/1,8 Nikon Df Nikkor 105/1,8 35/1,4 85/1,4
