I got an enlarger from the 50's/60's, an old Krokus (1st version), for up to 6x9 with diverse accessories. The lot came a 6x9 enlarger lens from PZO, which I have never seen before, 10,5cm f4,5 under the name Matar.
A search online in polish brought no results excepted a 2018 listing on the polish online second hand site Allegro:

there are in this size 10,5cm Amar lenses but no Matar. Otherwise I know PZO besides the Krokus enlargers, for some repro lenses used like the usual soviet ones for large format.
This Matar has a red P and focal is in cm like older lenses, but the mount is M42 and it doesn't look to me like an insert ring, so I'd say it's from the 70's ???
Probably a Tessar scheme like the majority of soviet block lenses.
It opens f4,5 to 11 (5,6 - 8 ).
I will test this Matar in order to compare with my Industar-23U 110mm f4.5 and Belar 105mm f4.5 but decided to play a bit with it for general purpose photography.
Wanted to test on film, some BW and some Ektar-100 but I was late today so just grabbed my old Canon 5D with a M42 mount, and put together a tube from parts and a helicoid and shot couple pictures before night.
full open f4.5 focus on the stabbur
200% crop:
couple more shots, outdoors then indoors:
here I used a strong old OSRAM Nitraphot BR 500W to illuminate the table. Some reddish reflection on the Vega lens:
