At least I think it is Komura judging by the lettering and shiny black finish. I think there is an extension tube attached but the front has some kind of bayonet. Advertised as a tele converter. Seems long for that.

Ok I already found something. It is half of the Komura 500mm F7 lens. The front part carries the large glass:
