No it just came along and I mused over the mount for a bit.
As Alun has said it seems to have been for Mamiya Prismat and Tower 32A/B series as well
Beautifully made and very nice to use

No, it's just a regular exposure from a low viewpoint.
The streaks are spiderweb threads catching the light.
It is an interesting lens where the aperture ring had a lock button which must be pressed in order to change aperture - it then locks at that aperture so that it can't be accidently moved.
It is visible in the rear view of the lens above.

Thank you - yes they only bloom for one day, and trying to get the light right at the same time as they are open is a challenge.
I spotted them and the sun in alignment while halfway through preparing fettuccini marinara for our evening meal, and raced outside for a couple of quick snaps.
The Mamiya was already on the camera so it had to do

By chance, I recently bought a Sekor Nikkorex copy of this 135. At the time, I didn't realize it was apparently the same lens as the Mamiya-Sekor F.C. 135 being discussed here - except that the Nikkorex has a Nikon F mount.

My copy appears to have led an eventful life. There are many fine scratches on the glass and there was a M42(!) teleconverter cemented to the mount when I received it. But the Nikkorex did indeed have a Nikon F mount underneath.
Despite the wear and tear, the lens seems to work as it should. And the solid build is really impressive.
The only quibble I have thus far is the release button for the aperture ring. It needs to be depressed to change f stops and its location on the back/underside of the lens makes it difficult to use when the lens is mounted on a tripod.

I hesitate to say typical Mamiya - as the sensor has so much to do with it, but it has certainly repeated the colour experiences that I have had with mine.
Yes the aperture button can be a pain, but - on the other hand - you can't accidently change aperture without knowing it - as sometimes happens on other lenses.
