No experience but I want one. I have nothing like woodrims collection of mirror lensesbut I have the Rubinar trio 1000mm F10, 500mm 5.6, and 300mm 4.5, also a Minolta AF 500 f8 and the Tokina RMC 500mm f8. Oh and also a Celestron 1250mm f 10, I would love to get my hands on a Mirotar as well but can't swing it right now.

Always interesting to turn back and see old sensor performing, to rediscover how good they were already 10 years before. This is one of privileges of the forum.

This is one of my favourites, lacking in many of the complaints made of mirror lenses. Sharp, contrasty, and lightweight and tiny!

There's always room for it in the bag, whereas I wouldn't carry a 500/8 refractor unless I had a need.

This Oly plays especially well with focal reducers on µ4/3rds, adding a nice 350/5.6 to the bag.
