Took this lens out for a little trip, and I really like it.
The lens has IMO more of a vintage look (imperfections) than for example the Topcor RE 100/2.8 or Minolta 100/2.5 (5/5), which I also love by the way.

@Visualopsins: Thanks for your compliment.
Another observation: despite lacking the EBC coating, the lens seemed to handle frontal lighting very good and has good contrast as well.
Images don’t need post processing to look good. _________________ For Sale:

Hi Casper, please make a pic of the lens, Im not aware of "pre T" version.
have you been using a deep sun hood (looks like)?
your verision has very 'german' meyer-pentacon late 60'-late 70' look i.m.o.
noting like later T version, mine are m42 / x-fujinon and is very different.
at least on Fuji aps-c |

Hi, it’s the T version, only not with EBC coating. I’m using the original screw on lens hood. _________________ For Sale:

Nice shots. I have the EBC version but that lens is radioactive for both front and rear element. So I have yet to try it out.
There are almost no 100/105mm lenses that I don't like. Usually can't go wrong with them. But one 105, which is the Miranda 105/2.8 (not the Kowa version), stands out to be really less impressive than others, surprisingly. |

True. Another somewhat ignored one is the Pentax-M 100/2.8, which is actually a very good performer. _________________ For Sale:

Great lens. I own the ECB version. The T in the name ring is not a version, but simply the abbreviation of Telephoto.
