Vega-26M 80mm/5.6 on Sony A7

Interesting new addition to the collection, this Vega-26M 80mm/5.6.

It's been a long time I have the Vega-25 50mm/5.6 (in fact, 2 exemplars), both with very low serial number. But I came accross recently on this Vega-26M which is from the same family. I also found out that all these lenses were designed for a big reproduction machine. 8 lenses were developed for this machine (Vega-31, Vega-25, Vega-26, Orion-32, Orion-33, Orion-34, APO-Orion-1 and APO-Orion-2). I have the Vega-31 37/4, the Vega-25 50/5.6 and this Vega-26M 80/5.6) They looks to have a relatively high quality glasses, multicoated, with solid construction. Very nice lenses. The Vega-26M (like other lenses of this family) gives nice sharpness wide open. None of these lenses wear factory logo, so for now, I don't know which factory produced them. One sure thing, pretty few were produced.
