Hi guys, just screenshot and cropped these images, any info would be welcome, serial number starting 31 and I'm counting a minimum 12 blade aperture, and it's very cheap!

It looks like the lens that turns up with just about everyones name on it, I'm sure I've had the same lens with Soligor on it and a few other names. It's not bad, not great, nothing special. It's OK if it's cheap.
