Full set is here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/kds315/albums/72157685577170664

I had this lens many decades ago with my XD7, now it is with me again, and I remember why I had it Wink

used a variable extension tube (helicoid) for those and the flowers, as MFD is 1.2m

Very impressive results, now I can see why it's so pricy, the reason I've held off getting one to complete my Fuji kit... must remedy that soon.

Very nicely done sir!

Remember, performance is shown on m43 sensor, making that f/2.8 into f/5.6, yes?

No doubt it is fine on ff too.

No, that would not be correct as far as I understand it.
The maximum aperture is a function of the lens no matter what sensor it is attached to.
The sensor simply determines how much of the image circle is "seen" and recorded.
The lens will always be 100mm f2.8

True as far as exposure, however dof is another matter. Page 10 of "Depth of Field and Bokeh by Dr. Hubert Nasse, Carl Zeiss AG"

Excellent photos indeed

Yes M43... This makes your most favoured set of lenses (41mm to 150mm) quite special in terms of angle (more tele than wide angle to say the least...).
