Photo #2 absolutely pops out of the screen. Great sharpness, beautiful bokeh.
Is this lens identical to the Kiron/Lester A. Dine 105mm f2.8? |

Apparently when Vivitar marketed the Series 1 they marketed a version identical in all respects save the name badge. I bought one and at the time had a C/Y mount Kino Precision Optics badged example. They were identical except for labelling. I kept the Vivitar and sold the Kino. _________________ photos are moments frozen in time |

There're something like 5 different versions of this lens - I mean the same lens, but different branding. I have three right now - Dine, Vivitar, and Ricoh. |

I also own the Vivitar version, but I've also owned a Dine as well, and they are identical.
Here are some I shot with my NEX 7
