Hello to everyone! Could you please help me to identify brass large format lens? There is no exact information about FL and actual lens name - only engraving on the lens body HUGO MEYER & CO GOERLITZ â„–75136. Please check the attached pictures

it's finish is at least almost identical to this

Thanks a lot, Hasan! I guess this is it. Looks almost identical as forme also.
However, if someone have any other opinion - will be happy to write it here.

It's focal length should be relatively close to the distance from the ground glass to the optical center of the lens when objects at infinity are in focus on the ground glass, you can substitute a shoe box or similar for the camera mount, and use a pice of thin white paper for the ground glass.
