Shot these yesterday after work about 7pm using Fujicolor 400 film. I
scanned these negs curved side up as the film was not cut, just rolled and
placed in the canister. I now have them cut and sleeved and in between
heavy books to help flatten them. Hopefully sharpness will be improved
and glare in some of the corners where the film is curled will mostly go
away, when I scan them next time:
probably no hope for the flower pic, fighting wind and it was shot at f2 as
I remember.

Thats Fujicolor ?
Thats amazing.
Either I need to fix my Canonet right now, or get another scanner, ditto.
Great pictures. Where is that ?
The Canonet lens seems a perfect semi-wide to my DSLR-crop-sensor cramped eyes. _________________ I like Pentax DSLR's, Exaktas, M42 bodies of all kinds, strange and cheap Japanese lenses, and am dabbling in medium format/Speed Graphic work. |

Luis, this is some more of inner city Huntsville, Alabama. The one sign picture
I'm not happy with, when you blow up to full size the letters are nice and
sharp, but shrunk down for web, nope. The film is really curled so I'll try
rescanning some of these when the film is flat.
The Canonet GIII is a great walkaround camera! I couldn't have taken
the flower pic with my Oly 35RC since its widest aperture is f2.8. Wish
there was no wind, have to find a windless day and go back there and
shoot.
Thanks for your comments. Hope I see some improvement when I rescan
these, if I do, I'll change out these pics.

Thanks, Andy! I still have to test drive my all black Yashica Electro 35 GT.
Love the viewfinder/rangefinder in it, very clear and easy-focusing.
