My step brother gave me this lens, I've only used on film so far, seems like a good performer.

I do not know your lens. But your photos are very nice.

I'm a fan of short MF zooms in general, though I only own a few. The ranges on my short zooms wander a little lower than your Zuiko:

Have two Hoya 25-42mm, a Sun 24-40mm, and the Pentax 110 20-40mm.

It has been quite a long time since any short zoom has come into my collection. While I've not checked prices recently, for a while there they became very popular and pricey.

But bottom line there is "just something special" about the short zoom genre, as your photos ably demonstrate.

The lens zoom range is less useful on a crop camera, this case a NEX-7.
