Help: Retina IIa lens problem...

Hi, I got a retina IIa fitted with a rodenstock 50/2 some time ago. Tonight I managed to take the lens out but I found it simply can't form any image in focus at its reasonable flange distance.

Could it be actually a schneider xenon model with a heligon front element swapped in? The rear element is so difficult to remove and thus I believe it indeed belongs to the camera body. However the front element could be casually unscrewed and removed.

The front element alone seems to be able to form something in focus but soft though... I'll later try to experiment with it.
