Unknown lens mounts. And mystery film camera

Hi All.

I have a mystery movie camera. Its a Newman & Sinclair but It doesn't seem to exist in the world of google. Can anyone through some light on this. It came with nice Cooke 18mm Ser2 panchro lens and a couple of Angeniux Lenses which suggests it was a good quality item.
Also I have a few old movie lenses but I simply cant work out which mounts they are. I have tried to solve the mystery but reached a dead end.

There's quite a lot on Google, and even in Wiki

Probably proprietary bayonet for this manufacturer. They seem to have been a high quality manufacturer, not a rebrander, so these are their own unique designs. There are references to lenses with this mount named, as well as converting lenses from Newman-Sinclair mount, so thats what this probably is.

Based on the Cooke lens serial#537686 I suspect 1950's date for this thing. Very late product for Newman Sinclair?
