Found a while ago this HAMA 50-58mm diaphragm for projection lens(es).
Once meant to even out bent glassless diapositives, it can well be used
as the missing iris for projection lenses. It fits lenses with 50-58mm front
diamatger (well actually a bit more) and can be easily clamped on (it has
self adjusting springs inside). Pastic case, exposed metal iris blades.

As I hardly use or need an iris I have not yet used it, but there might be
cases where such might come handy for a bit more DOF or to control too
bright light situations. Even wide open, it already blocks a bit light, depending
on lens type and speed.

Neat thing, I have never seen one.
For too bright light I thought about gluing a filterring on the projection lens and a screw on an ND filter.
But that doesn't affect the DOF ofcourse.

I use ND filters toom, if too bright as I often want to preserve the shallow DOF
