I like the 40mm f1.4 Nokton SC. Its optical design seemingly follows that of the early-1960s Leitz 35/1.4 Summilux.
This "canine candid" is a crop of about 60% of the original frame and was taken wide open on my Leica M8 under mixed room lighting - our dog is intently watching dogs on the TV set.

Nice shot . I find the WO bokeh of this lens nervous with my A7. On this shot the background is an easy one. Nevertheless I like this lens very much.

Most favourite lens I have by far Smile [Mine is MC come to think of it]
