A budget triplet made for mainly Bessamatic m cameras. Quiet rare compare to the common but optically excellent Color-Skopar. Although it is sold as a budget lens, it is even more heavy than the Color-Skopar according to the information on this site.

Like most other normal triplet lenses, this lens is a bit soft at wide open especially in the peripheral area. The sharpness improve significantly when stopped down one or two stops.

Overall, this can be a fun and useful lens when sharpness is not the top priority.

Looks like it!
I have some lenses in that category.
Is this a newly purchased lens?

Bought it for a while but I have to wait until yesterday because of the bad weather. Rolling Eyes

Very nice indeed. Another lower end lens that astonishes in digital era.

Yep. With the help of focus enlargement, we can focus more precisely at WO(especially when taking close-up shots). With the help of focusing helicoid on a MILC camera, we can focus much closer than the original MFD. The original MFD of this lens is only one meter, which is far from enough for the above close-ups.
