I was wondering did anyone hacked the F4 limit perhaps? It should be possible but
i don't want to invent the procedure Smile.

What is the reason you think it can be hacked to F3.5?

Aperture does not open fully by default. It is not even forming a circle. The most destructive way would be to remove
the aperture altogether (which i certainly do not endorse) but there surely is an F3.5 option.

You need to check the shape of the circle of confusion, not the shape of the aperture. If the OOF highlights are 'perfectly' round, it means the aperture is not blocking the light. If the OOF highlights are not 'perfectly' round and you can see the shape of the aperture, it means the aperture is blocking some of the light and the modification might be feasible.
