Can't find a whole lot of info on this lens mainly that it was marketed toward the science and dental industries of the 80's and that its optically inferior to the tokina and vivitar series one 90mm f2.5s.
Heres a quick test I had of it today, poor lighting meant high ISO and wide apertures so Iq will improve in good light,
First shot was wide open and second was taken at f5.6

I do like it, its very heavy though, doubles in length at 1:1 and has a stiff focus ring (from what I can gather they all do). Its sharp though has good working distance and is very solidly built _________________ http://www.flickr.com/photos/caledonia84/
