very hard to find, unless very lucky.
I can only suggest Industar 28/2,8 in LTM mount, under $250
Voigtlander skopar 25/4 can be other alternative, but it's more than 250 _________________ nex5, Olympus EPM1, yashica half 14, Canon eos 650 want to see samples of mine? please click My lenses

I would go for a Minolta MD-III 2.8/24mm, a Nikkor AiS2.8/24mm or a new FD 2.8/24mm. All three are nearly equivalent on 24MP full frame, and all three can easily be adapted to Leica M. Since they are retrofocus designs, there's no problem with colored corners.
See my test here on Sony A7II: http://artaphot.ch/systemuebergreifend/objektive/450-24mm
I paid CHF 45.-- (=USD 45.-- / EUR 40.--) for the MD-III, CHF 40.-- for the Nikkor AiS, and about CHF 80.-- for Canon new FD.
