Visited the Mesa Mormon Temple for their annual Christmas display. It draws crowds to downtown Mesa, AZ from all over town.
Shot with mostly native glass, but some with a Minolta MD Rokkor 50-f/1.4. Nice bokeh from it.

Some still do, and they can truly go all out! With miles of lights and KW of power each night.
Like your location, it can be quite warm and lacking in the white stuff here in the desert Southwest. So, it isn't a surprise to see lights strung onto palm trees, cactus, and orange trees.
