Since I am Russian, I can tell you Smile

It's Lenkinap RO 59-2.

It's name is Len for Leningrad, Kin for Cinema, ap for apparatus. So it's a lens made in Leningrad for a cinema camera. RO 59-2 is model name.

Here are some photos - https://www.sonynex.ru/index.php?app=gallery&module=images&section=slideshow&type=album&typeid=2369

I know that it's a completely russian lens design, not a copy of some german lens or something...

I think the '-2' is more like a revision of the base design just like Helios 44 and 44-2 or Jupiter 6 and 6-2.

Yeah maybe -2 is a revision but I cannot find anything about such a lens without -2. In other hand, the first revision could be a non public release, like a prototype, that's not a rare case in Russia.
