Well, these pictures were taken with a "HQC MAGINON-SERIE G MC 35-70 f3.5-4.5", what a name.

Hardly qualifies as "worst".

This was with a promura CP HiLux 80-200mm, just another anonymous MF ?1980-ish zoom of unknown parentage. But like the majority of lenses, stopped down a bit there's not too much to complain about (tho' this was ~120mm, f4, fill flash).

Bell & Howell (Osawa) 3.8/70-150 on Sony a850. A mediocre lens at best but stopped down to f11 and shot at or near it's MFD it could produce nice images.

Nice!
My worst lens is not sharp, stuck aperture, and must focus by foot Wink

Cheers. I have had much worse lenses than the two I posted here, but those are the worst two I currently have.

Ummm, these images look to rival the images coming out of my best lenses!
Laugh 1

Goes to show just how good your skills are!

My worst lens is a Tokina RMC 100-300 f/5.6 zoom. Can't produce a sharp focused image at all. No pics, all deleted.

2nd worst lens is also Tokina...Vivitar 100-300 f/5 Close Focus two-touch zoom.
Is there a coincidence? This one isn't as poor, but can't achieve that last step of sharpness required for a satisfactory photo.
What is salvageable, requires a lot of processing to save.

Judging by the quality of most of the photos I see here, I find it hard to believe you're posting images taken with your wortst mf lens.

I don't really know which is my worst. I have a bunch of off-brand lenses I've wound up with from kits I've bought and I haven't even tried shooting with most of them. But I can recall one lens I bought a while back out of curiousity. It is a Soligor 95-310 one-touch zoom, 80s vintage. I was deeply unimpressed by the quality of the photos I got with it. They were simply awful. Let's see if I can find any . . . Ah, yes, here we are.

This shot doesn't look all that bad, right?

But wait -- let's look at a crop of the above image:

Yuech!

Pssst! Know anybody who wants a minty Soligor 95-310mm f/5.6 for cheap?
