Yesterday, I carried home a camera collection, I'm going to sell in comission for the owner.
Mixed bag of cameras, lenses and accessories. From Agfa Clack to Zeiss Ikon Contax.
In a box with crappy stuff, I found this Flektogon. Engraved with F only, instead of Flektogon.
This is what it looked like:

Obviously close to mint....

After some work, it looks like this and now I'm trying to get this ring out, which will take a bit of time

Removing the nameplate ring could reveal another one, i had the same on a Sonnar lens recently. Never seen it on a Flektogon before however....

The poor dirty old lens, how neglected you've become.

Luckily no pliers were used before.
