It's certainly the best of the 3 different versions of the MF Minolta tele zooms and is also the newest one (1983). It's the same optical formula like the AF version which was developed shortly afterwards. As this lens was also produced by Minolta for Leitz you can assume that it cannot be bad at all. However, the identical lens in the Leica version is still much more expensive. Wink
However, it's known to be one of the best tele zooms from this production time.
