Bavarian sample pics with Kiron f2/28mm

Hello forum,
Some weeks ago I tested my new Kiron f2/28. It is already my second purchase, because I reject the first. But also in case of my second sample I found that there is more tolerance moving the focus than useful. The display windows is shifting. But however here are some sample pics.
Please note that there are some w/o samples to compare with closed aperture. I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature of this Kiron lense...

If by "feature" you're referring to the strong glow wide open, I'd say that this is by design. My copy shows the same behavior, albeit I would say that it is not as extreme as in your first pic. Maybe you caught the lens on the wrong foot, there

I see the same on my copy on a m43 sensor. I think the 4mm sensor stack has alot to do with it.

Does anyone know how it performs on Leica/A7*.mod sensor?
