Infinity focus adjust on TX 24mm

My vivitar TX mount 24mm f2.8 is producing OOF pics at infinity focus using a PK mount on my pentax. Pretty sure it's the adjustment - with a PK adapter on my samsung NX no problem pics were sharp.
Anyone know how to adjust? I note there are three set screws under the rubber grip - ? loosen these and move the focus sleeve?
