One of the japanese lens which I dream to have one day - much more than Yashica, Takumar, most of Canon and Nikon I had or saw in the same focal distance. Few times I saw a lens behave so elegantly when exposed to prone-to-flare situations.
Nice pics, also, for sure,

[]s,

Renato

One of the lenses I'm in love, but your photos don't show exactly the magic of the lens.
Please do more wide-open close-up portraits, or something more suitable for this awesome piece of glass. It has a beautiful bokeh, nice colors, microcontrast and 3D pop. This is not a landscape lens, imho

Beautiful results! I was thinking you'd benefit some contrast if using pol filter on those sunny shots.

@RSalles
I started looking for EBC Fujinons after i got curious of fellow member Arkku's love for them...

@izvar
Spring will eventually come and summer will bloom and then the fun will begin....

@bernhardas
That's the most colors i saw all day, i think it shows a bit of what the lens can do.....

@Pancolart
I had one in the bag but decided against it.... it was our first outing so i thought
we'd try to get to know each other first !

@Nordentro
No, i think the city made a museum out of it....

YES, nice shots...
Glad you are enjoying it Wink
Please add some shots of portraits and close-ups because that works very well with fujinons..

Some of Your photos are oversharpened in PP I think, You can clearly see the "steps" on the sloping lines.

All the pictures i post are straight out of the camera Jpegs..... resized only

I (unfortunatly) don't yet use PP...

But i do see what you mean and i've tried uploading it again.... but that's the way it ends up

1/8, ISO100, no tripod..... maybe that's what we're seeing...

Thanks for looking

Are you looking at the embedded image or the linked image? The linked image is smoother.

How much does this lens differ from the non-EBC one? Does it also have radioactive elements? I have the non EBC M42 Fujinon and has quite some yellowing in the lenses. I haven't tested the performance yet much.

The first image shows unique bokeh, maybe second too. Looks nice.

Indeed, first one is special. Colors also.

I really like it, too bad they didn't port it to X-Fujinar mount.
