Any info on this lens or the brand?

I was going to bid on that lens on a local site but in the last few minutes, the price rocketed high above the 5 EUR, I was prepared to pay for it.

Anyway, I did some research but it gave meager result. The only thing found was some info about a trademark SICOR

Seems to me some last of SUN made lenses (before transition to Korea) were branded Sicor. Perhaps few Ozone Optical models can be found among.
