Nothing special, but I had to take a photo of my resident slug remover, better than poison and very efficient at getting rid of slugs from the garden.

Taken with the 105/2.8 Tak on the K-01,the short focus distance of this lens was the perfect distance as to not disturb the lizard. They can move quite fast when they want to....we have scared each other quite a bit over the last couple of days.I think I can move as fast as it can Laughing

Looks pretty good to me - I'd really like one of those as I'm sure it would be a useful thing to use in the garden. And maybe the lens as well . . . Very Happy

I'd send you the lizard before I part with the lens Laughing

Here it is at work, taken with the Preset 1st version macro tak,I was picking the tomatos when I spied him/her.

Can you see the lizard?

Something I did not want to find, but thankful I saw it first...red back spider...creepy little thing.

It is just horrible to image what those things would look like scaled to our size Laughing

Gosh, Mo, that's a really swell, very healthy looking lizard. What is your lizard's name?

If you've not yet named your lizard, here are my suggestions:

If a female: Liz

If a male: Tak (to honour the lens)

If you're unable to make a determination as to sex: Neut

I really liked using my S-M-C Takumar 105/2.8 on my 1DIII, I haven't had a chance to use it on my A7r yet, one of these days.

No idea how to tell the sex of a blue tongue lizard...no advice please Laughing I can imagine that the 105 would look very good on the A7r.

What lens did you use for the banana slug, also the Tak? The detail is first rate!
