Rollei 21mm or 28mm?
Has both markings on the lens.
Certainly looks like a 28mm, so why the 21mm marking?
Seller has several marked the same way:

Seller simply messed up the pics: this one here Click here to see on Ebay is the correct listing for the 2.8/28, but one of the pics somehow managed to get inside this Click here to see on Ebay, which is the correct listing for the 4/21...

If you look carefully at the side view, you can still see the ID ring which matches(21/4).
So the seller messed up, you could tell them.
