Anybody know about these lenses? There is one on ebay for 50 usd. I did a Google search and found nothing relevant, some filters and auxiliary lenses only. Looks vaguely topcor on the bezel font and the case reminds me of asanuma. No other lenses came up in a ebay search.

Curious.
Most likely a merchants brand, but a 135/4 is not typical of generic lenses these guys usually sold.
A 135/3.5 certainly, but 135/4 is odd.
