Professional 1950s-early 1960's mounting job I think.
Exakta mount I am willing to guess.
Not a lot of 1000mm lenses about in those days and those that were available new were very expensive.
There was also a fashion of adapting these old WWII aerial lenses for sports photography, aka the Graflex based "Big Berthas".
