Just to share.
I received today an AF confirm chip Tamron adaptall-2 to Eos adapter.
I got it at Big-IS.
Its quality is very good and works really fine. Very good price and delivery delay was short (10 days).

I realize that this thread is close to a year old, but I am hopeful that after having used these adapters for a good while now you can tell me if you have been able to use your adaptall II lenses at infinity focus with your cannon camera's.
I have a T3I with a FFD of 44.0mm, the FFD of the tamron adaptall 2 is 50.7mm so there should be enough space for a quality adapter that will allow infinity focus.
please tell me how your adapters have worked out for you I would really really appreciate it. |

Oh yes, I really appreciate it.
So much that I bought 3 more to mount them permanently on some of my preferred Tamron.
I confirm there is no problem at all for reaching infinity on 5D MkII and 40D.

Hello Serggio.
I can't access the link you give because of "country restrictions"...
It seems in France we can't reach HK dealers eBay sites. Shame !
So, I can't really help you on that.
What I know is that if you can have access to Big-IS eBay site, you should find good tamron adaptall-2 to canon 5D MkII adapters.
If yours don't fit weel the 5D MkII, ask for refund and send it back.
Have a nice day.
Olivier
PS : if anyone knows other good eBay dealers for adapter rings, please let us know. _________________ Olivier - Moderator
