Praktica Praktica MTL 5B

analog slr + 3 objektiver
kenlock 28mm f2.8
pentacon 50mm f1.8
pentacon 135mm f2.8

20 Euro.-

Good stuff?

That's probably worth 20 Euro, the Pentacon 50 is a good lens. I don't fully recognise the other two but if it's a Pentacon 30 / 3.5 and a 135 / 2.8 , which I think is likely, then it's a bargain. The camera is probably jammed solid, or will do very soon. I haven't had one yet that works, but I keep buying them to get great lenses like these. Laughing

I've just made out it's a 28mm lens - which is supposed to be good, although there are different versions.

It's these 3 lenses;

kenlock 28mm f2.8
pentacon 50mm f1.8
pentacon 135mm f2.8

The pentacon 50 is really common, and can be had for little money, but it's a lovely lens none the less.
The 135 is highly regarded, it was indeed one of my favourite lenses in its focal length for the delicious rendering of out of focus areas - basically it's the same lens as the meyer optik 135 "bokeh monster" except for the number of iris blades.
So, even if potential resale value is not really high (higher than 20 euro, probably, though), you won't find two better lenses for that money easily.

And the Kenlock-McTor might be a pleasant surprise.
I have a good one and I have seen more positive reviews on that lens.
Don't talk about resale value, but try it.

Sounds good, so it can be used on the 5D II

Hope I can use them, rather than re-selling.

But good deals are always fun, being new and insecure with vintage lenses.

The 1:2.8/135 works fine on 5D (with adapter of course).

I don't know if mirror hits 1:1.8/50 or 1:2.8/28 -- in general, mirror will not hit lenses with focal lengths over 55mm
