Very nice. What caused the horizontal lines in the last shot?

Thank you, Klaus and Scot.

The horizontal lines are airplanes. So in the finished versions I'm going to remove the airplane lines and instead of blending all the foregrounds pick only the best (so that the red line from a boat's lights along the water and the moving jet ski are also removed.) That will give it one static water scene in front of the star trails.
