Hi folks

I have a German P6-M42 adapter. Never used it before. Tried it today with my Biometar 2.8/80 and the lens won't mount unless you focus it to 5m, and it won't focus closer than that while mounted. Nothing wrong with the lens, it's the adapter. The rear of the lens touches the inside of the adapter and won't go any further. This inner part of the adapter appears to be plastic and held in by just 3 grub screws, so I could remove it.

Has anyone had this issue before?
