Nice choice of subject and the light from the side gives excellent texture. I love the shots.

Thanks, the light in that day helped a lot, for sure.
I had a pleasant surprise with the last 2 OM lenses I had: a cheap zoom 35-70 and the 1.4: both sharp and very well corrected in terms of CA. The 1.4 being a damn sharp lens even at 2.8, with acceptable results WO.
This is to compensate the deceiving result I had with the OM 2.8/28mm. It's a beautiful little lens with less then average performance, completely weak IMO - at least the copy I own.
