LOMO 35nap 2 3m Anamorphic with Vivitar 70-210 zoom ,works ?

I bought an LOMO 35nap 2 3m Anamorphic Projector lens and Anamorphic Attachment.

I have an Pentax K Mount camera with 70-210 mm vivitar lens .

Do that combination works flawlessly ?

There's nothing perfect in this world, including photography. Specially attaching 3 kilograms weight LOMO on to a bracket and put 70-210 back of it. I dont know thta Lomo lens. But I can imagine it's not easy to use it.
I tried Sankor anarmophic once on trioplan 100/2,8, the sharpness is reduced significantly. For movie use, like it's made for, sharpness is not rally important.
