Vivitar 28-70mm f3.5-4.8 MC Macro focusing zoom

This lens came with a group buy,so here are a few test shots. It's unusual, that is, it's the first Universal marked mount that I have come across...meaning it's M42( Auto) as there is no A/M switch. It is a compact lens so suits the K-01 nicely....although I will probably look at selling it. The box is marked 1987 and the paperwork is marked 1987 so its really not that old.

The maker has never really worried me when it comes to a lens,but thanks it certainly is an interesting subject.
