Tessar 3.5/50 - still an "Adlerauge"?

My aquisition today: the "Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar 3.5/50" (photo below).
I could get it very cheap particularly because it looks very used (dirty coat / damaged filter-thread).
Nevertheless the technical functions are totally O.K.
Like my Schneider-Kreuznach Xenar 50/2.8 it has a "buid-in-hood" (the optics rest very deep), so the damaged filter-thread can be ignored.
What confuses me is the version (see photo).
At http://www.praktica-collector.de/CZJ_Tessar_3.5_50.htm the view differs.
It looks more like http://www.praktica-collector.de/Tessar_2.8_50_T.htm but this lens has maximal aperture 2.8.

Any opinions about the quality and pricing of the Tessar 3.5/50 or any other comments... ?

The pancake style one in the link is the older version of this lens - yours is the later 3.5, and the 2.8 preset which looks like your 3.5 overlaps it.

Orio has one of the pancake style, as do I - I also have one like yours, along with a 2.8 preset.

You'll like it.... Cool
