Made in November or December 1902.

The second version of the Heliar was introduced in1902:

There is no mention of a 'Minor' in the 1910 Voigtlander catalogue:

Being f8, it doesn't appear to fit any of the types in the catalogue.

Looking at the Vade Mecum, it lists both Series IIa and Series III Anastigmats with f8 apertures, these were made under license from Zeiss.

There were also some f8 Kollinears made for process work, but I doubt this is one of those as it lacks a slot for waterhouse stops.

You will have to take it apart and identify it's layout in order to figure out what it is.

This is the Zeiss Anastigmat:

This is the Kollinear:

This is the Euryskop:

The lens looks correct for a Voigtlander of this era, here is a Kollinear of the same vintage:

Minor 9x12 may refer to the camera model.
There is an Ernemann Minor high end box camera that used such a lens.
Check out camera-wiki
This could be an Aplanat. Everybody made them as bread and butter lenses.

Thank you guys! Interesting why not in Voigtlander catalogue if made by them even to another makers camera.
