Could an adapter exist for this unknown mount?

The lens is CZJena Tessar 2.8/50T
The mount is a mystery for me.
A strange breech lock?
Somewhere in internet I picked up a possible name for it: Altissa (but this might be wrong).

So, could anyone tell, how to use this lens?
Could an adapter to any modern camera exist for it (for a reasonable price)?

It might be pretty good, I think
(except its dirty right now even in it's inside, so dirty it doesn't run smoothly)

It looks like the Praktina mount except the rear of the lens does not protrude far enough past the bayonet lugs. The lugs and the locating pin are just like Praktina (which is a breech-lock mount) though. I suspect it is some cousin to Praktina. As such, you will need to make your own adapter

(for the closest match I found)

but I am not going to buy an adapter for it for that price.

Could anyone tell,
which are the chanses to change it to something?
(or to sell it, but I am afraid this doesn't make much sense because it takes too much time)

Dont know, which cam you are using.

Here is a very simple solution for Sony NEX or A7 camera.

What do you need :

1. M42 > NEX E-Mount Adapter
2. one of my rings (15 Euro + shipping)
3. a Hexagonal screwdriver for 3mm hexagonal screws...

Have a look how simply you can semipermanently mount any Altix lens to a Sony E-Mount cam ...

A lens bajonett do have 3 "wings" in 120 ° angel...










After locking the "wings"...



you can simply insert the complete lens with the ring into an M42 -> NEX Adapter...
(and make the right orientation of the scale)




After completing this, you are able to use this or other lenses for Altix on your Sony Nex or A7(r) cam...

A great idea, less messy than my own. But for this you need an M42 adapter with adjustable ring. The normal one is no good.

I made a robust temporary adapter using a PK to NEX adapter. You could modify this so it wouldnt permanently damage the PK mount. It is here on the forum

EDIT: Or you can remove the ring from the M42 and hotglue the whole thing in. It will be perfectly stable and can be completely removed when you want.
