Wanted to offer this up here to you guys before I list on eBay. I bought this camera with a lot of other (non-Nikon) equipment and it needs to find a new home.

Ricoh 500 with box, instructions, leather EverReady case and there is a JCII tag dated Oct. 1956. Flash includes box, leather case, cable and instructions. Camera seems to work (I must confess I am new to the 'Golden Age' of photography and do not know entirely how this camera operates). Shutter does work when you trigger the release. Needs a good cleaning and some of the spots may actually be surface rust, although there is a sticky feel to them. I believe this is an early production unit. I have $50 US invested in this outfit. Will take best offer over that price (plus shipping). Please send me any questions you may have and i will do my best to answer them. Thanks for considering this camera.
