I don't get "campsite is really tiny" Embarassed (refers to thin DOF perhaps?)

Looks seriously front focused -- infinity is blurry while town is very sharp...

I think I would've stopped down more. Or perhaps wasn't flat when scanned?

The clue is in the lens used, The Hartblei is a tilt shift. Wink

The miniature effect isn't very strong with this one, it seems to work better when the POV is higher and looking down at an angle.

Absolutely, I couldn't get higher at this spot though.

Agree on this, but I like the pic very much none the less.
I felt in love with that part of Scotland some years ago, I have to come back soon.
