If that is this one -

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Nikon-Nikkor-85mm-f2-AI-Lens-/281264306886?pt=Camera_Lenses&hash=item417ca8bac6&nma=true&si=D6ykTuff3qOLTubwleEdJjoOxXI%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557

100 Euro is an extremely good price.

Nah, I just looked up a completed sale to check prices.

He's keeping the open one close to his chest.

You can find nice Nikkors for good prices quite often. Lots of pros dump them without trying hard to get their $ back.
I just sold an 85/1.8 last month that I picked up in a pawnshop. Minor cleaning and she was a beauty.

npe that was not me.. How th lens perfsrms in terms of ebokeh and sharpness?

I only used the earlier 85/1.8
Sharp wide open, nothing to complain about even on high density sensor.
Bokeh was not as smooth as I have seen from the Samyang.
The 85/2 is later and presumably as sharp or sharper.

I have Ais version.
Sharp wide open, slightly glow, but pretty sharp.
Equally good as Olympus OM 85/2, Pentax smc 85/2.
Small and compact. Perfect on 5d/5dm2 or nikon FF.

Nikon lenses might be too light on focus. They are not as damped as Olympus or Takumar or Zeiss.
That's also a personal preference.
The price of 100usd is very good.
