Has anyone experience with that lens? The f1.0 attracted me, so I plan on adapting it to my cam...

As it name implies, this is an oscilloscope lens, so it is not designed for infinity shooting -- but you probably knew that. It has not a very good reputation. Here's what the Vademecum has to say about it:

"This was a Gauss design with heavy element glass. It is essentially a Unilite with two glasses behind the iris, but extra glasses at the front (See Brit Pat 604,883, USPat 2,487,750) It was used on Shackman and other CRT recording cameras, for RAE (Farnborough) and Edgerton et al. Boston, USA."

Yep of course for macro as the 4:1 and the CRT implies.

DUHH...I have the Vademecum (of course), but I thought
it was more recent....
