Hello all, this is my first post in this forum.
Sorry if I posted in the wrong section or if there was already a thread like this.
So I bought this lens with an focus confirm adapter for my Olympus E-410.
It was like 15$ alltogether because the adapter didn't work fully.
It registers the aperture (sometimes f/2.8, sometimes f/4)..
And I cannot vlose the aperture fulla, It closes to f/2.8.
It seems like the adapter "mountain" on which the aperture pin sits is too low.
How can I get the pin to be permanently depressed?
Thank you.
Sorry I don't have photos, I'm in school right now.

Probably the simplest way would be to make a washer out of thick paper or card and place it in the "lip" of the adapter which presses the pin down. But it might not push it in far enough.

Actually, I depressed the pin inside the lens with a pen.
Now it closes fully.
The only problem is that I won't have the ability to auto-close the aperture on half-clicking the shutter release on my Zenit but I don't shoot film so much. Smile
I already love this lens!
FYI; i have an eyemik 135mm f/2.8 and a dirty Auto Revuenon 70-21mm f/4.
