An old friend recently passed away and I've offered to sell his Canon EOS lenses on behalf of his widow. Before putting them oneBay, I thought someone on MF Lenses might be interested. . . they all date from the film era of the mid 1990s but I'm assured by a reputable dealer in used equipment that they will work properly on digital EOS bodies. All have had UV filters on them for the whole of their lives.
Canon EF 28mm f2.8 - looks pretty much like new. The metal and glass one! Optics and mechanicals perfect. Average eBay price for last dozen sold was around £115 excluding the highest and lowest. Asking price £90 plus actual shipping.
Canon EF 80-200mm f4.5~5.6. I think this is the 'Mark II' version. It has the plastic lens mount. Looks pretty much like new, no issues at all with it. It does have an AF/MF switch ! Average eBay price runs around £30. Asking price £24 plus actual shipping.
Canon EF 35~80mm. Similar to the 80~200 in style and condition. Average eBay selling price runs around £20. Asking price £16 plus actual shipping.
There's also an EOS 1000 body - all plastic, no built-in flash, really nice order and seemingly working perfectly - if anyone's interested.
If anyone wants to take the collection, then ask me about a package price.
Payment by PayPal will be the easiest. _________________ Stephen
Equipment: Pentax DSLR for casual shooting, Lumix G1 and Fuji XE-1 for playing with old lenses, and Leica M8 because I still like the optical rangefinder system. |
